To keep pushing these boundaries, we’re welcoming two new exceptional industry leaders who have spent years building resilient, compliant and scalable financial systems for institutional counterparties.

We welcome David Cass, our new Chief Information Security Officer, and Antoine Lours, our new Head of Options, both senior figures with extensive experience spanning crypto and traditional finance.

Their combined four decades of experience, built through distinguished careers in traditional finance, add further depth to our institutional offering and reinforce our compliance-first approach, two pillars that have defined Keyrock since day one.

David’s background spans global investment banking and regulatory institutions, where he oversaw risk frameworks and business continuity for organisations such as J.P. Morgan Chase and IBM. As a former Vice President of the Large Institution Supervision Committee of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, his institutional expertise is nothing short of outstanding.

Antoine is a seasoned professional who built his career at leading banking institutions, with hands-on experience in derivatives. After spending nearly two decades at BNP Paribas, he rose to senior leadership roles in global index options trading. As a former Managing Director at BNP, he brings firsthand insight into the needs of traditional counterparties and how to deliver tailored solutions, making him an excellent fit for Keyrock.
